What is up with rubyforge?

Does anybody know when it will be back up?
http://rubyforge.org/

It took a second to load but it’s up for me.

I have no problems…

I have been getting that same thing all day.

Just tried it (3:16PM CDT = 9:16PM UTC) and got the following screen:

RubyForge is down for maintenance… should be back up in a few hours.

In the meantime, why not skim through ruby-doc.org? Or you may want to
peruse this excellent blog.

There is a post on the Ruby board saying its all up now
(http://www.ruby-forum.com/topic/70077) but when I try to load:
http://mongrel.rubyforge.org/
I still get the maintenance message.

Yup, the DNS is still propagating around, probably. You can read the
announcement about the downtime here:

http://blade.nagaokaut.ac.jp/cgi-bin/scat.rb/ruby/ruby-talk/198093

Next time I’ll send the announcement to this list as well, sorry about
that!

Yours,

Tom

Please be aware the neither the Ruby nor the Rails items on
ruby-forum.com are “boards.” They are gateways to mailing lists. I
strongly suggest that you think of them as mailing lists with a web
interface through ruby-forum.com instead of a web board.
