It appears to still be down in some areas.
I’m not able to download any windows binaries:
Rails Packages: http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=307
Windows Ruby Installer:
http://rubyforge.org/frs/download.php/4174/ruby182-15.exe
Ruby Gems:
http://rubyforge.org/frs/download.php/5208/rubygems-0.8.11.zip
I get 404’s for all of 'em.

As do I. I suspect the DNS change has not yet fully propagated.
I’ll try again in the morning.
I was able to download each of them so it may be a DNS issue.
Will make sure its not a mirror issue though…

Rich

Hm, I was able to download them as well… you may want to give the DNS
propagation a few more hours…

I still cannot browse CVS Repository.
The link http://rubyforge.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/?cvsroot=win32utils
returns
404 Error.
Is this also DNS Problem?

404 errors are definitely not 404 errors. viewcvs does not work for
SVN too, but it gives an other error:
Traceback (most recent call last): File
“/usr/local/viewvc/bin/cgi/viewvc.cgi”, line 56, in ? import sapi
ImportError: No module named sapi

Ah, OK, thanks, this is a problem with the Python/Subversion bindings…
working on that now.

Tom

I noticed I had to flush my dns cache on my Windows box:
ipconfig /flushdns
If that still doesn’t work, modify your hosts file directly:
205.234.109.18 gems.rubyforge.org rubyforge.org

Hm, which project? Also, we can probably take this offlist to reduce
noise, just email me at [email protected]…
Thanks,
tom

(Note I first got an error on the RSA key, but I just blanked that out
an started fresh.)
Thanks,
T.
