Hi,
What is the best xslt software for ruby?
I need to do regex manipulations within the xsl file.
I tried libxslt and found out that it supports xslt version 1.0 only,
which is very helpful while doing regex calculations. I am windows xp.

Perhaps you could use Saxon with JRuby? It supports XSLT 2.0
