Wxruby application skeleton like from fxruby

i was searching an application skeleton for wxruby like ‘fxshutter’
example from fx ruby. here is a link:

i think that with wxruby this is possible.

I could be mistaken, but I do not believe an equivalent widget is
included with WxRuby. For future reference, look here:
