Wx gui waterfall sink not working

hi

am using usrp2+WBX ,am doing this simple experiment -
from a signal source i gave 1.5GHz(-20dBm) to usrp2.
in gnu radio companion i gave-UHD:USRP source->wx gui waterfallsink

The Waterfall plot shows only a blue window without any signal and no
control buttons.
when i gave a wx gui fft sink i can see my input signal in fft spectrum
what could have possibly gone wrong with waterfall sink
(am using gnu radio companion 3.6.2,ubuntu 10.04)

any help is appreciated

Deep,

What if you don’t use a USRP but just a sig_source block into a
throttle into the waterfall plot?

Just want to gauge if that display works at all for you. If this does
work, make sure you are scaling the intensity level of the waterfall
display correctly.

Also, the non-gl version of the waterfall, I’ve found, doesn’t work.
