Hi there,

just released WSS4R 0.4

From the readme:
“WSS4R (Web Service Security For Ruby) is a library that implements some
of the standards for web service security defined by the oasis open
consortium
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=wss.”

Currently it implements the Username Token Profile and the X.509 Token
Profile.

Main improvements:

  • works with Ruby 1.8.6 / Soap4r 1.5.5
  • added support for plain passwords to the Username Token Profile
  • many bugfixes
