Hy,
I’m using Etc.passwd() to gather information about the users.
I’ve found that last_logoff is always ‘0’, is it a bug or a problem
with my installation ?
Anybody already using this package to collect this information ?

Once again the story of poor man responding to its own question:
It appears that windows does not implement this functionnality
at this time.
So the value found for last_logoff is always 0 !
