Wiki spam

I noticed some vandalism on http://wiki.rubyonrails.org - hard to spot
vandalism where just the link destinations have been changed without
altering the visible page contents.

For instance this page

http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/HowtoChangeSessionStore

was vandalised in this version:

http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/HowtoChangeSessionStore/versions/52

But this version is ok:

http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/HowtoChangeSessionStore/versions/51

I am reluctant to revert the page to version 51 and to lose all the
legitimate changes since. Is there any way to just remove the bad
changes?

And a wider question, is there a way this kind of pernicious vandalism
can be prevented?

The wiki is currently being redone I believe. Hopefully it will be up
soon, with anti-spam measures in place.
