I have no statistic data, but I’ve been browsing on Ruby/Rails related
blogs for quite a while, and a surprisingly little number of them seems
to run on Typo or Radiant, even those written by accountable and
full-time Rails developers.
Instead, Wordpress and company are quite spread, and Blogspot is also
frequent…
Even some sites who sells commercial IDE for Rails run on PHP! Not a
smart marketing move, one could think.
So, could you help with your opinion? What do you think is the reason?
May be the costs, an economic justification?
But if I was searching a Rails professional, I would not positively
impressed by who are running on PHP…
So, there must be a reason…
Just one thing, in this exact moment, the RForum site is not
reachable… Just a coincidence, I’m sure.

It’s easier to find free Wordpress hosting than free Typo or Radiant
hosting, unless you use Heroku.
