From the looks of it, you don’t have your webserver configured for
running ruby or rails. Since it looks like you’re running apache 1.3,
you want to install mod_fastcgi. (please someone correct me if I’m
wrong)
Also, as a side note, I noticed your company name. Do you know what
first comes to mind when I read “S & M Technology” ?

You don’t have to have fastcgi installed on apache V1.3. It just depends
on the speed of your machine!

Presumably the OP needs to set up the 404 handler to call the CGI [or
FGCI etc.].
I don’t know how to do that for Apache.
