Also, what’s the most stable, best performance way to run a rails
application on it?
Ruby LiteSpeed API (Ruby LSAPI)
LiteSpeed RubyRunner (Run CGI in persistent interpreter like mod_perl
to perl)

Mongrel

Use their LSAPI as they provide support for it and the configuration is
simpler.
