What ATSC (6MHz wide) tuners are available to work with GNURadio? Is
there
a simple HDTV tuner/ADC capable of sending I/Q data to GNURadio to demod
in
software? I’d use a USRP except the budget is in the sub-$200 range.

Mirics have a TV dongle device that puts out up to about 6Msps towards
the PC. 10-bit sampling. The tuner they ship is generally regarded as
less-than-wonderful. I think the osmosdr folks have a library that
allows its use with gr-osmosdr.
