Where to host my open source Rails web app?

I was thinking about releasing a Rails web app that I wrote. Where’s
the best place to host my project that would get the most visibility:
sourceforge, rubyforge, or google? Thanks for any help.

Given the fact that Rails is moving to git, as are a lot of other open
source projects (and with good reason, git is so much better suited
for version management than svn, especially for open source projects),
I’d suggest github, which is free for public projects. IMHO, it’s
interface is also the most beautiful one of the sites you mention.

Add a good blog post to your own website and spread the word a bit
(TechCrunch, Ajaxian, PlanetRubyOnRails, digg, …) and you’ll get the
exposure you need.
