Where to find Rails3 status updates?

I already watch Riding Rails (http://weblog.rubyonrails.org/) feed
plus RoR:Talk and RoR:Core on Google G…

Riding Rails is higher level than I want and hasn’t been updated in
more than a month. I’d like to get a feel for where the Rails3 project
is to make some business decisions, and secondarily to be up-to-date
about new features as a dev.
