Where are the Test::Unit meta tests?

I suppose Test::Unit has tests for testing itself, but I can’t find
the source code for them. The docs at ruby-doc.org can show the source
code, but only for the production code. I wasn’t able to find a home
page for Test::Unit or a rubyforge project.

Do such tests really exist? Where can I find them?
