When I want to set the sample rate as very low as 20k, but the running
result show me that it is increased to about 195k automatically as 20k
sample rate is not supported.

Is the lowest. For USRP1, B100 and E100,
that’s normally 64e6/512 and for N2XX that’s 100e6/512
