What are your favorite plugins?

so far i have tried out ym4r(google map plugin), the logingenerator, and
soon going to test a plugin for a ajax gallery(i lost the link, will
find later)

i was wondering what everyone elses favorite plugin is so i dont
overlook anything that has already been made! RoR is awesome.
