What are the difference of usrp.set_tx_freq() and usrp.sink_x.tune()

Hi Everyone,

I have a confuse by the setting of the value for the DDC. I have seen
there
are two commands: usrp.set_tx_freq() and usrp.sink_x.tune().

Could anyone tell me what are the difference of usrp.set_tx_freq() and
usrp.sink_x.tune()?
