Hi,
Are there any complex visualization libraries that can be used with Ruby
and/or Ruby on Rails that are similar to Prefuse (found at
http://www.prefuse.org)?
Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
My Best,
Frank

You could tie into Flash or one of these javascript libraries:

I haven’t personally messed with any of these, but Raphael in
particular looks pretty promising.

Matt and Chris,
Thanks for the info. I’ll take a look at both Raphael and JRuby.
It would be nice if there was a tutorial on how to tie all of this stuff
together.
If anyone’s ever done any of this stuff, please feel free to contact me.
I’d love to connect over it and share what we learn.
My Best,
Frank

Raphael is pretty nifty.
Or you could use prefuse with jruby.

OK… I think I’m falling in love with InfoVis…
