I tried to deploy a warbler-generated war file in Tomcat but it did
not work until I renamed the web-inf folder to uppercase WEB-INF. I am
not sure if this issue has been mentioned before. I am using the
latest warbler gem and jruby 1.1.3.
Thanks.

Are you saying that you already have a ‘web-inf’ folder in your
project, with existing files? Yeah, I guess that would be a problem.
Thanks for the report. I hope using the workaround isn’t too painful
for you for now.

My bad. I had the staging_dir pointing to my truecrupt drive and
somehow the drive did not allow warbler to use uppercase names. I
changed the staging_dir to point to a folder in the hard drive and it
now correctly creates the folder with an uppercase name.
Thanks,
Juan
