Hi,
you know Xchat? If you join a channel with some users, and chat etc…
you see a left vertical “bar” on the, well, left side 
You can click on it with your mouse, and drag this bar.
Does anyone have an idea, how this could be realized in Ruby-gtk?
I am particularly interested in:
- The “click on it”->change to another cursor
- The move and change position
part of it.
