Which decimation ratios on the USRP2 have the same effective filter
gain, or all they all different?

The gain is the same on the USRP2 at all decimation rates.

Just trying to rationalize some observed behaviour.
One is used when doing even rates, and both are used when doing
multiples of 4. Odd rates don’t have a halfband, and so are not
suggested.
