USRP Version 4.5

Hi Dear All
I have a board of USRP which indicated that is 4.5 version, however all
of
the documents for USRP are available for 4.2 version on GNUradio
webpage!
does anything changed in this new version (4.5)?
if yes how can I access documents for this new version

The schematics haven’t changed, just minor layout differences.
