Really thanks for help Matt,
burn-usrp4-eeprom worked all right, and my USRP is back and running
again as it should.
What are the possible causes of the damage?
Is it possible that it was because of some sort of overheating?
(I’m using decim = 16)
Thanks again

It is unlikely to be overheating. It looks like the EEPROM got
partially erased. This is rare, but does happen on occasion.
