USRP mod for serial below 500

Dear list,

as you know, USRPs with a serial number below 500 cannot use newer
daughterboards because they fail to send the motherboard clock to the
daughterboard. There’s a very simple modification that can work around
this, and allow these old USRPs to use both old and new
daughterboards.

Excellent. My oldest USRP is #316, time to melt solder!
