Usrp_firmware.ihx and usrp_fpga.rbf are not found

Hello,

I just started with GNU Radio, and I have a problem with the USRP card
which is
not find usrp_firmware.ihx both file and usrp_fpga.rbf because they are
not
installed on my fedora version.

Can you tell me where I can be found for added
