Using vim for rails and ruby development

Hi.

Did you see http://platypope.org/yada/emacs-demo/, a demo of
using emacs for rails application development?

I’m a heavy vim user and want to do the same thing with plugins and
commands
available in vim. If any vim user knows some useful plugins for such
purpose,
please reply. What I’m considering for the replication of the demo in
vim
are
RProject and SnippetEmu plugins.
