User group links on ruby-lang.org

Hello All,

Is there a reason two out of the three “user group” links are
non-working on:
User Groups
rubygarden.org: down due to spam?
rubyholic,com: rails error

Can these be updated, fixed or removed?

I’ve removed the bad links. We may want to consider adding some new
content now though as the page is pretty bare.
