Urgent requiment of ror developer

We are in need of freelance/part time RoR developers to maintain
current sites we have built and to add following functionality to
existing applications.

Our requirement web based and as far as you are available to chat and
communicate well and frequently using skype or mobile and have proven
experience is enough to proceed with our following development for now

troubleshooting and creating custom applications with Ruby.

Our Online Application manages profile of Students and tutors and
tutoring record.
we would like to to start with few additions to above application as
bellow

  1. Sales by month and year for current year and prior year on the same
    page.

2, Hours used by month current and prior year

3.Average price all clients pays per hour by month and year and prior
year.

  1. Ability to select a tutor (should be in alphabetical order) and have
    a report made of their hours ONLY. Months should also include an option
    for ALL so that we can keep a running tab on how many hours they have
    for payment of their bonuses.

  2. Capability to make a report of current tutors showing address, phone,
    e-mail, social security number, hourly rate they are paid, subjects they
    tutor and current students they are tutoring, and section to put notes
    in regarding the tutor

6.Capability to make a report of current students and clients showing
address, phone, email, subjects they are being tutored in, tutor for
that student, hours left on contract and a section to put notes in
regarding the client.

  1. List of clients with hours left considering multiple contracts if
    they exist.

Payment can be made via check or Paypal. For initial projects we will
pay prior to completing work. Once a relationship is established - we
pay 50% up front and 50% upon completion. For smaller maintenance tasks
we ask that you invoice bi-weekly.

portfolio. Please provide references of customers you have supported.

Ruby on rails experience and ability with php , xhtml/css
javascript/ajax is
assumed.
