Uploading RoR application to server site

i’m new in RoR. I’m working in windows Xp, have domain on www.Site5.com
with
RoR support, bit don’t know how upload basic application. Does anyone
know
the easiest way how to do it? Thanks, zz

I use site5 as well. They have amazing support. Their forum is also
great.
