But I jest. Instructions for interacting with the list manager are
included in your original sign-up confirmation message (if you got one),
and on the website
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/community/mailing-lists/, but if you can’t
find those, the raw email headers include the following
tidbits:

X-ML-Info: If you have a question, send e-mail with the body
“help” (without quotes) to the address [email protected];
help=mailto:[email protected]?body=help
List-Post: mailto:[email protected]
List-Help: mailto:[email protected]?body=help
List-Unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?body=unsubscribe

(In gmail you can see the headers by opening a list message, clicking
the down-arrow beside the Reply button, and choosing “Show original”)
