Uninitialized Constant

Hi there

i have used a code of opening the file and my test case is giving error
of UNINITIALIZED Constanta in the following line

CSV::Reader.parse(File.open(@file, ‘rb’)) do |row|

please give me solution what am i doing wrong

Do yo have this at the top of the file where that is used?
