I have been trying to set-up & run Ruby On Rails project(Redmine) on
my existing working environment under the xampp.
I also set-up so many things which really needs for running Ruby On
Rails Projects. But still facing one and serious problem. and even
don’t have any idea how to fix it up
Following Error encounter while running to redmine on locahost (http://
localhost/redmine) –

Rails application failed to start properly
In Apache Log file, following errors are reporting –
