I am unable to install rails via the CLI, Fedora 13. This is a new
installation and I am not certain why I am receiving this error.

Thanks for the smack in the noggen. My laptop blew up mid installation
and I have been rebuilding everything all day.
zlib wasn’t found so I had to re-make so to speak. Rails is humming
along, back to the project.
cheers
