Unable to create issues on redmine after registration

Hello,

I tried to report a build issue via redmine issues feature.
Unfortunately I am unable to do so. I registered the account “mrothe”
and tried to find the link to report issues with. After I wasn’t able to
find it, I asked on IRC and was told that it should be in the navigation
bar. My navigation bar does not have such an entry. Entries of my
navigation bar are (in that order):

Overview Activity Roadmap Issues Gantt Calendar News Documents Wiki

Files Repository

There is no link where I could possibly open an issue.

Markus,
You have to be manually made a member of the GNU Radio project on the
Redmine wiki. I just did this for you.

We had a massive upswing in spam activity over the past 6 months, so I
had
to lock down any comments and changes to just project members to prevent
this.
