We’ve decided it’s time to “bite the bullet” and try migrating to UHD.
I flashed a couple of SD cards with the latest image
(UHD-images-20100817.012137.230368d-Linux). That seemed to go well.
Then I booted up 2 U2’s… I got 3 LEDS on (B, D & F) + I didn’t notice
all the LEDs coming on at first (like with the old firmware). Is this
normal? I’m used to seeing just D & F - I was hoping B might indicate
UHD firmware, but…
Undaunted I tried:
$ ./uhd_find_devices
No UHD Devices Found
$ uhd_find_devices --args addr=192.168.10.2
No UHD Devices Found
I put back the original SD cards and starting writing this email…
Any suggestions would GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!

See the app notes on setting up networking, maybe you missed something:

A = RXing
C = TXing
B = a lock indicator
D = fw boot
F = fpga configured
i think the boot up blinking got lost along the way
