UHD and gnuradio3.2.2 and USRP2

Im a student and I need to use GNURadio for a
project.
Please tell me that can UHD work with gnuradio 3.2.2 using USRP2 ??
If yes,please tell me, if someone has tried synchronizing 2 USRP2
devices over MIMO cable
