Typo JavaScript

Can someone please pinpoint the code in the JS files that makes the
pages jump to the same vertical location on reload? For instance,
you’re reading something way down the page, you REFRESH, and it jumps
down to same location, as opposed to the page top.

The reason is a bit detailed, so I’ll not go on about that, but if
there’s a way to comment out any JS that does this, that would be SWELL.
