Two USRP2 simulin

Hello!

I have tow USRP2.
Can I connect both boards thougth a switch gigabit ¿???
I know that it is impossible with the ethenet firmware because the
boards
use the pause time of the gigabit protocol.

But if I use simulink with the udp firmware I can use a switch?? or is
impossible???
