At least a couple of people have had trouble getting confirmation
email from the RubyConf proposal site, apparently because the site has
been put on a block list somewhere…
Please let me know who you are, and I’ll confirm you. One person
ingeniously smuggled a cry for help into the first_name field of a
registration 
But I don’t know who it was.
