I did a few things - froze Radiant edge (so it now says that it’s
powered by Radiant 0.6.3) and also installed a few extension -
copy/move, Page Attachments and Search.
Now, I have run into 2 problems that seem to be JS-related:
The page tree in the admin area doesn’t remember its expanded status.
When I try to add a page part, it pops up a box to enter the name and
then when I click on create, it takes me to a page: http://example.com/admin/ui/pages/part/add and shows me a partial UI for
entering the text for the body part. The Filter dropdown, the
references (Filter | Available Tags) and a narrow (abt 2 lines high)
text area.
I seem to recollect reading in the mailing list that there are some
Javascript issues with some of the extensions. Any idea how I can fix
it?

I’ve just realized that the copy_move archive it’s not up to
date…are you using the archive or you get it with darcs? Try to
download the archive now and let me know:
Thanks for the quick reply. I’m using the archive. I shall try the one
you just sent me and try again. It may be a while, though, before I can
reply (though I hope it won’t be).
remove temporarily copy_move and repeat the same thing?
Thanks for all the help, Andrea. It seems that one problem (admin tree)
was related to copy_move which got fixed by your suggestion and new
archive.
As for the other problem (adding tabs), it seems that the problem may
have been Revision 573 of Radiant. On my server, I did a
radiant:freeze:edge and it froze to Rev 573. Just now, to try it again,
I did a freeze:edge on my local computer (it was working off the gem
unlike my server where I can’t install gems and Radiant is on 0.6.1) and
it seemed to work.
So, I logged on to the server again and did a freeze:edge, this time
getting Rev 575. That works fine. I’m not sure if I accidentally
missed a step earlier or if something changed between 573 and 575, or if
freezing edge with extensions already in place made the difference…
Thanks for your email. The new archive for copy_move fixes the issue
with collapsing the tree in the admin area.
The other issue is still there!

Any ideas anyone?
Thanks,
Mohit.
