hey…thanks for your kind help. 
I agree, Agile Web D. with Rails is a very good source.
I’m not sure if the current version with Rails 3 and Ruby 1.9 is
released or not yet. It’s important, start to study these and not old
versions!
Head First series also good for beginners. And I like this also
