Tooltips Attributes

How do I set the delay before tooltips appear on a widget?
I’ve tried many different things, but I can’t seem to find any
documentation for that. Other Gtk2 bindings seem to have a ‘delay’
attribute (which, even if ruby-gnome2 had, I wouldn’t know how to set).
The old CVS logs say that the set_delay method used to exist, but was
removed, for some reason.

Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services,
security?
