Tooltip libraries?

this may be a little off-topic, so i apologize in advance if this is
the wrong place to post my question.

i’m trying to find a good library for using small tooltip popups with
javascript. i’m specifically looking for something that developers
have used with their rails apps, since i am also using the prototype
and scriptaculous libraries included.

I use this well-known JavaScript library:

you know, i saw that the other day. it was almost overwhelming, and
some of the ones i thought looked interesting either didn’t work or i
found it hard to tell if it would play nice with prototype /
scriptaculous stuff that was already there.

i guess i’ll just spend some more time there and play around with some
stuff.
