hi,
I am new to ruby on rails an di want to implement an application much
like this. The World Clock — Worldwide . I am not able to
get start with. I am a bit confused in how to implement it and much of
my search resulted with TzINFO plugin installation thing. But i was not
able to get it done in to my requirement in the application. I am
getting it worked. Can some one help this junior please.
