Time_select in am/pm format

Is there an easy solution out there that can display it in the am/pm
format and not the 24 hours format. i have searched the web and this
group and found not much except the following:

any other solutions or am i missing something built into rails?

I was actually more interested in the time_select helper and getting
it to display the form in 12 hour format. So, it seems like there is
not anything built into rails huh?

the later plugin works quite well. it does the trick.
