The problem with ruby on rails is

RUBY on RAILS is just TOOO FREAKING EASY.

I keep forgetting how easy stuff is to do,
and keep trying to look for more piece’s to the
puzzles. I keep trying to make it harder then it is.

I keep thinking I need to ask for help, and I don’t need it.
I did dynamic menu’s in less then 5 min, after some guy
let me know how how easy it is, again. :)))))
Helper files rock.

I am still waiting to do my XML files.
And RUBY said, “she don’t want them.”

Anybody wanna buy my used JAR’s?

technique for doing dynamic menus that you are talking about? Thanks.

i will write up what to do, and how, with the code, and blog it,
this evening.

i will also add some places to get pure css menu’s (if somebody needs
that.)

I know the feeling. I do the same thing. I was working on something
the other night and was thinking through this convoluted algorithm to
perform this task, and then I stopped and thought, “Surely there is
an easy, Ruby way to do this”. And there was. A one-liner. When I
got it working, I even let out an “That’s cool!”
