I am new to the group, but work with a lot of people in Ajax
development and have seen RoR on many resumes. I recently had an
experience with someone using template sites for code and it created a
very bad impression with a major client I sent this person to.

Do you know of any effective ways to evaluate developers in Ajax and
RoR, specifically with the regards to the use of code template sites?
It seems like the equivalent of programming plagiarism and I want to
learn more about how to safeguard against such things in the future.
