Spu fft display

Here’s a hastily put together demo of using gcell.fft_vcc in a
usrp/fft gui, running at d=64 and fft_size=2048, using 6 spus:

the ppu usage tops at about 90%. You can trade off d=32 for
fft_size=1024.
There is no windowing in gcs_fft_1d_r2.c at the moment.

You go Chuck!

FYI, the intention is to “hot plug” the gcell-ized blocks over the top
of the normal blocks when possible at runtime. Thus, eventually you
won’t have to make any application mods to take advantage of them.
