Splib is a library of helper methods and classes. Nothing fancy or
flashy,
just some simple helpers that are tested and known to work on Ruby >=
1.8.6 as
well as JRuby 1.4.0

Changes in this version:
- Added new Splib.sleep to return actual sleep times that are useful
- Added Monitor#try_lock
- Modify locking behavior on Monitor#signal and Monitor#broadcast
- CodeReloader.reload_code returns new holder instead of gutted holder
- Added some simple checking to remove dead threads that fail to release
their
lock
